We stand behind every seam, zipper and buckle. If our gear fails due to a manufacturing or materials defect, we’ll repair or replace it — for the life of the product.

What’s covered

Defects in materials and workmanship. This does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, or improper use — though we’ll always do our best to help.

Making a claim

Email support@aerialoutdoors.store with photos and your order details. Most claims are resolved within a week.
